This week the students were practicing their basketball routines and juggling with 2 or 3 balls.

This week the children have been practicing their jump rope skills and learning their new jump rope routine.
PE Week of 23/08/2021
This week all the students completed their Fitness Testing and started to practice the Rhythmic Noodles Routine.

This past week the students did Fitness Testing. We will continue this again next week.
Secondary Learning – Week 21
This week the children have improving their fitness through HIIT training using a water bottle as a weight.
Secondary Learning – Week 20
This week the children have been learning more jump rope skills in preparation for the jump rope routine. They have also been learning yoga poses and performed a yoga routine (modified sun salutation).
